What to do when a game is cancelled

If you are the home team, then you are responsible for notifying the opposing team that the game has been cancelled.  While you are talking to the Manager, try to determine 3 other dates that might be possible between the 2 teams' schedules.  The dates that you want to look at first are regular season game days that you may not have a game scheduled and then Sundays.  Please be sure to check all of the dates with your coach and make sure that they work for him/her as well.  If the original game was scheduled at Bryan Park, then email Tim Nash at GYS as soon as possible with your 3 dates.

This process can sometimes be tedious because everyone's schedules begin to get really full.  Communication with the other team manager, your team coach, and GYS (if you are the home team) is critical to get everything taken care of in a timely manner.   There is a Classic Rescheduling Form that needs to be completed and signed by both teams once the details are worked out.
