Velocity Sports Performance
At every level of play, players, coaches and parents are beginning to recognize the importance of developing and enhancing athleticism. Velocity Sports Performance of Greensboro has developed soccer performance programming for Greensboro Youth Soccer. The spectrum of the programs is geared to injury prevention as well as developing speed, strength, power, agility, coordination, balance and flexibility. Velocity Sports Performance can provide the knowledge, tools and programming expertise that will enable every GYS player the ability to maximize their athleticism and assist them in reaching their full performance potential.
Group discounts are available for GYS teams or groups of players. Flexibility can been built into session scheduling to address the time constraints of our busy student-athletes. Julie Luther's PurEnergy
Julie Luther's PurEnergy Fitness Services, established in 1985, develops and delivers value-based, comprehensive athletic performance training. Programs focus on speed, quickness and agility, and strength and core conditioning.
Before training begins, an experienced staff member assesses a player's individual training needs. A specialized program incorporating measurable goals is then developed that will help athletes realize their playing potential. PurEnergy can arrange group/team training at any time during the year, in addition to its regular summer and winter off-season programs. Individual training can be arranged at any time.
