Aidan joined Greensboro Youth Soccer in 1998 as a team coach. He was named Boys Youth Development Director in 2004.

Aidan is a former English youth and professional player with Manchester United Football Club. He joined the Carolina Dynamo in 1993, playing two seasons. He also played for the A-League Minnesota Rampage and Raleigh Flyers.

Aidan primarily works with the U10 - U12 boys Select age-groups, as Youth Development Director. He is currently the head coach for the 93 Greensboro SC Green.

Aidan has been a member of the NCYSA ODP staff since 2000, and he holds an FA Prelim Coaching Badge.

Aidan lives In Greensboro with his wife Claudia.
